Booking Terms & Payments

Last updated: 15 October 2025

These terms apply to all BoboKids Art Club bookings, including both in-person events and online courses or workshops organised by Bobovox Studio.

We aim to make every creative experience enjoyable, safe, and well-organised for all participants.

1. Bookings

Spaces are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

A completed registration form and full payment are required to secure your place.

You’re welcome to invite friends with children to join, but they must book separately via email to secure their own place.

2. Payments

Payments are made securely through Monzo Business using encrypted online payment links.

You’ll receive a payment link by email or message when booking.

Bobovox Studio does not store or have access to your payment card details.

For more information about Monzo’s security, please visit: https://monzo.com/legal

3. Refunds & Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable once payment has been made.

Bookings may be transferred to another date or participant, subject to availability and prior agreement with Bobovox Studio.

In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled by Bobovox Studio, a full refund or suitable alternative date will be offered.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes. However, we use a few trusted third-party service providers to help us operate our website, manage bookings, and process payments.

These include:

  • Squarespace – for website hosting, analytics, and online form submissions.

  • Monzo Business – for processing class and event payments securely. You may receive a payment link directly from Monzo or via an email from us. Bobovox Studio does not store or have access to your full payment details, and Monzo is responsible for keeping your transaction data safe.

  • Gmail (Google Workspace) – for class confirmations, communication, and responding to enquiries.

Each of these providers acts as a data processor under UK GDPR and follows strict confidentiality, encryption, and security standards.

We only share the minimum personal data necessary for these services to function properly, and your information is never shared with anyone else without your consent unless required by law (for example, to protect a child or meet a legal obligation).
