The Art of Slowing Down – Mindful Creativity for Adults
Experiment, create, and express your ideas with confidence!
The Art of Slowing Down (Adults 18+)
4-class online package (each about 60–90 minutes) OR in-person workshops in Dagenham (each 90 minutes)
A four-week course inviting adults to step away from busy routines and enjoy the simple act of making.
Through playful, process-led activities, participants will focus on slowing down, noticing details, and enjoying the tactile experience of materials — with no pressure for outcomes or “perfect” results.
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel isolated or short on time to truly connect.
The Art of Slowing Down offers not only a chance to recharge through art, but also to share the space with like-minded people.
Whether you’re looking for gentle company, background buzz while you create, or the chance to meet others who value slowing down, this course provides a relaxed and welcoming environment where creativity naturally builds connection.
